What is Granular Meditation

Yes, meditation is a way to relax the mind. However, not everyone has the patience or want to sit still, in silence for any given amount of time.

We at Chakramation practice Granular Meditation—believing you can reach a level of enlightenment adding minor traditions such as affirmations, intentions built into the food you make, ho’oponopono, doodling—remembering you have zero fucks to give because you are focused on yourself, right now.

Grains for Your Life

Every change you make, whether big or small, will blend together into an amazing outcome. Look, if you save zero dollars for 4 weeks and $2 per day for 4 weeks, it's pretty obvious the small amount of savings adds up.

Here are a list of grains we add to our days that compound into our feelings of enlightenment and clear the way for our energy to live and thrive.

  • Reminders that I'm here and worth it. Be nice to yourself!

  • Take a breath. Wait to react.

  • Internal check-ins—How am I feeling? How can I honor this feeling?Can I feel and let go? What needs to happen for me to move forward in my power?

  • Ho’oponopono—"I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."

  • Affirmations

  • Drawing/doodling

  • Music (Chakramation playlist)

  • Trust myself. Be present with the moment. My subconcious will take care of the rest.

  • Focus on 3 items you can smell, see, hear and/or taste around you.

  • Rainbow walks—Find something of every color before you end your walk.

  • Breaking the cycle: instead of going left, I go right. Instead of espresso, I choose tea.

  • Chew your food with intention. Slow down, appreciate the texture, taste and nutrients.

  • Burst of cold water before getting out of the shower. That'll shake up your system!
