Chakramation Privacy Policy

In brief
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Chakramation LLC runs chakramation.com. We collect only what we need to give you what you asked for, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
This policy explains what we collect, why, who else handles it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Your email address, when you get the Practice Kit or buy anything. Kept by Gumroad.
Your name, billing details and order history, when you buy anything. Kept by Gumroad. Card details stay with Gumroad and its payment processors; we never see them.
Your full name at birth and birth date, when you order a Chakramation Reading. Kept by Gumroad and in our working files for your Reading.
Your shipping address, when you buy a physical product, such as Youracle®. Kept by Gumroad.
Anything you write to us, when you email us. Kept in our email inbox.
Basic visit data, like pages viewed, browser and device type, and the site that sent you, when you visit chakramation.com. Kept by Squarespace, our website host.
We don't ask for anything else, and we don't buy information about you from anyone.
We don't collect health information. The Field Guide quiz works inside the PDF on your own device, and your answers are never sent to us.
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for: your Practice Kit, Field Guides, Reading or order
To make your Chakramation Reading from your name at birth and birth date
To answer your questions and help if something goes wrong
To send you occasional emails about Chakramation, such as new practices, new products, or the Granular Meditation® book. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To see which pages people visit, so we can make the site better
To keep records the law requires, such as sales and tax records
Readings and AI. We use Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, to help build each Reading. To do that, your full name at birth and birth date are shared with Claude. Every page is then read and finished by hand. We don't use your information for anything else.
We never sell or share your personal information, as California law defines those terms, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who else handles it
We use a few trusted services to run Chakramation. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.
Gumroad handles checkout, payments, downloads, and emails to customers. It sees your email, name, billing details, order history, and your Reading inputs.
Anthropic, the maker of Claude, helps build each Chakramation Reading. It sees your full name at birth and birth date.
Squarespace hosts chakramation.com. It sees basic visit data and cookies.
Our email provider holds the emails you send us. It sees your email address and what you write.
When you check out, you're on Gumroad's site, and Gumroad's own cookies and privacy policy apply there.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if Chakramation is ever sold or merged, in which case this policy would still apply to what you've already shared.
The grove calculator and cookies
Grove calculator. The calculator on the Reading page runs entirely in your browser. The name and birth date you type stay on your screen. Nothing is saved, and nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
Cookies. Squarespace uses cookies to keep the site working and to give us simple visit counts. We don't use advertising cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
If you're in the EU or UK, we ask before setting any cookies that aren't needed for the site to work.
Do Not Track. We don't track you across other websites, and we don't let others do it on ours. Because there's no cross-site tracking to turn off, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
How long we keep it
Order records, including your Reading inputs, stay in Gumroad as part of your order history. We keep them as long as we need them for your order and for the business and tax records the law requires.
Your finished Reading is kept so we can resend it if you lose it. Ask us and we'll delete our copy.
Your email address stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Emails you send us are kept as long as they're useful for helping you.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can:
Ask what information we have about you
Ask us to correct it
Ask us to delete it, except for records the law requires us to keep
Unsubscribe from our emails at any time, using the link in any email
Email info@chakramation.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in the EU, UK or another place with similar laws. We use your information to deliver what you ordered, to keep the records the law requires, and, for marketing emails, with your consent. If you bought from us, we may also email you about similar products, and you can stop those anytime. You also have the right to get a copy of your information in a portable format, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Our service providers process information in the United States, and we use providers that offer approved safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you're in California. You can use any of the rights above, and we'll never treat you differently for using them. We don't sell or share your personal information.
Children, changes and contact
Children. Chakramation isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. Purchases are for adults. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes. We'll update this policy when how we work changes, and we'll change the date at the top when we do.
