GRANULAR MEDITATION®

Grow inside the life you already have.

Small, everyday practice — no stillness to master, no expertise, nothing to fit into. Tiny moments that add up to you becoming more yourself.

WHAT IT IS

Meditation you don't have to sit still for.

Granular Meditation is small, mindful practice woven into the day you're already having — instead of sitting still in silence. A breath before you answer. A color you notice on a walk. One bite you actually taste.

We call each of those small practices a grain. One grain is tiny. But you collect them, and grain by grain they add up to something steadier, more present, more you.

Nothing to master, nothing to fit into. You start where you are.

THE GRAINS

These are your grains.

One for each of your seven centers. None take more than a moment — start anywhere.

RootDrink a glass of water before your coffee.
SacralDoodle for a minute — no judgment.
Solar PlexusBreak the cycle — tea instead of coffee, chosen on purpose.
HeartForgive yourself. Love yourself anyway.
ThroatSay one true thing out loud.
Third EyeLook up from your screen and out a window.
CrownTake a rainbow walk — find every color before you’re home.

HOW TO BEGIN

Weave them in.

Start with one or two. Let them become habit before you add more. Tie a grain to something you already do — brushing your teeth, waiting for coffee to brew.

Miss a day? Pick it up the next. Consistent, not perfect. And change any of them, or write your own — these are a starting point, not a rulebook.

NOWNESS THEORY™

Enough, right where you are.

Where Granular Meditation is noticing, Nowness Theory is staying — presence with what you already have, instead of reaching for the next thing. Finish the lip balm before you buy another. Read to the end. Use what you own.

Completion over collection. Enough, as you are — light and dark. You build yourself in the moment you're in, even when you can't make the moment about you.
