LESSON 5
Break the cycle
Patterns are made to be broken.

THROAT
Whirl of woo
Don't get stuck in the same swirl of metaphysical woo-woo. Yes, you can still be spiritual and grow to believe new things.
If you are feeling frustrated with something, what would happen if you changed one thing—taking 10 seconds to respond instead of two?
You can do hard things
Break out, take a chance. Trust yourself to do hard things.
Try something new and pay attention to what really makes your heart sing.
Remember, it's YOU and no one else.
Grains for your life
These are grains we add to our days. One at a time, they add up.
Reminders that I’m here and worth it. Be nice to yourself!
Take a breath. Wait to react.
Internal check-ins: How am I feeling? How can I honor this feeling? Can I feel and let go? What needs to happen for me to move forward in my power?
Ho’oponopono: “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”
Affirmations.
Drawing and doodling.
Music (Chakramation playlist).
Trust myself. Be present with the moment. My subconscious will take care of the rest.
Focus on 3 items you can smell, see, hear and/or taste around you.
Rainbow walks: find something of every color before you end your walk.
Breaking the cycle: instead of going left, I go right. Instead of espresso, I choose tea.
Chew your food with intention. Slow down, appreciate the texture, taste and nutrients.
Burst of cold water before getting out of the shower. That’ll shake up your system!
Daily Youracle card drawings (or any oracle or tarot deck you love).
Affirmation
"What we had yesterday may not feed us today."
Snackable thoughts
Turn one bad thought about someone or something into a positive, each day.
Instead of focusing on other people, turn the focus onto you!
How amazing are you today?
