Your voice matters, use it

May is Throat Chakra month, and we’re getting clear on something: staying quiet to keep the peace isn’t peaceful at all.

Your truth doesn’t have to be loud, but it does need to be spoken. Even if your voice shakes. Even if someone disagrees.

Try this: Before speaking in any situation that matters this month, take one breath. Ask yourself: “Is this true? Is this kind? Is this necessary?” If the answer to all three is yes, say it.

Drink blue herbal teas. Wear blue. Let the color remind you that your words have power and positive impact.

You’re allowed to change your mind. You’re allowed to speak up. You’re allowed to be heard.
