A quick form of meditating that aligns to your life.

What is Granular Meditation
Yes, meditation is a way to relax the mind. However, not everyone has the patience or want to sit still, in silence, for any given amount of time.
Granular Meditation builds small moments into what you already do: an affirmation, an intention in the food you make, Ho'oponopono, a doodle. Zero fucks to give, because right now you're focused on you.
Every change you make, whether big or small, will blend together into an amazing outcome.
Look, if you save zero dollars for 4 weeks and $2 per day for 4 weeks, it's pretty obvious the small amount of savings adds up.
Grains for your life
These are grains we add to our days. One at a time, they add up.
Reminders that I’m here and worth it. Be nice to yourself!
Take a breath. Wait to react.
Internal check-ins: How am I feeling? How can I honor this feeling? Can I feel and let go? What needs to happen for me to move forward in my power?
Ho’oponopono: “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”
Affirmations.
Drawing and doodling.
Music (Chakramation playlist).
Trust myself. Be present with the moment. My subconscious will take care of the rest.
Focus on 3 items you can smell, see, hear and/or taste around you.
Rainbow walks: find something of every color before you end your walk.
Breaking the cycle: instead of going left, I go right. Instead of espresso, I choose tea.
Chew your food with intention. Slow down, appreciate the texture, taste and nutrients.
Burst of cold water before getting out of the shower. That’ll shake up your system!
Daily Youracle card drawings (or any oracle or tarot deck you love).
Ho'oponopono
"I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."
