The Balance of Feeling It All
Collective Energy This Week: Solar Plexus · 3 · Yellow
This week has been a ride. Rejections landing in one hand, doors swinging open with the other. And honestly? What has me paused isn’t the highs or the lows—it’s the space between them. The balance of emotions that shows up when you’re actually *in it*.
Here’s what I keep coming back to: if we don’t take the chance, we don’t get to experience the thing that could enrich our lives. Even if it’s just a tiny bit. If we don’t put ourselves out there, the right opportunities might not see us—or they take a little longer to find their way. That’s the trade-off. And it’s not always comfortable.
But not giving up—moving through the heartache, the confusion, the rejection—that’s where we start to see more of who we actually are.
It’s so easy to lean into the negative. We’re built for it. But how are we sitting with the positive? Are we letting that in, too?
And here’s the real grain for this week: realizing that you feel “meh” about an opportunity? That’s not failure. That’s your intuition doing its job. It’s telling you—maybe the experience is right, but the 100% commitment is not. Maybe you needed to walk through that door just to see what was on the other side, not to move in.
The Solar Plexus Connection
It’s no coincidence that this week’s collective energy lands on the Solar Plexus—the seat of personal power, confidence, and decision-making. This is the chakra that asks: *Do I trust myself enough to keep going?*
When the Solar Plexus is balanced, we feel clear. We make decisions from a grounded place, not from panic or people-pleasing. When it’s off, we second-guess everything—or worse, we stop putting ourselves out there entirely.
This week’s energy is asking you to stay in your power, even when the results don’t look the way you expected. Rejection doesn’t mean you were wrong to try. A “meh” feeling doesn’t mean you failed. It means you’re paying attention.
Your Granular Meditation for the Week
You don’t need to sit with this for an hour. Just try one of these:
**Before you react to a rejection or a “no”**—pause. Take one breath. Ask yourself: *What did I learn about myself from putting myself out there?*
**When something feels “meh”**—don’t force excitement. Honor that feeling. It’s data, not defeat.
**At any point this week**—place your hand over your solar plexus (just above your belly button) and say: *I trust what I feel. My intuition is working for me, not against me.*
The Affirmation
*What we had yesterday may not feed us today—and that’s the whole point of growing.*
-----
Not every door that opens is yours to walk through forever. Sometimes you just needed to peek inside. Trust the balance. Trust the “meh.” Trust that showing up—even when it’s messy—is the most powerful thing you can do for yourself.
Authenticity activated, is what wins.
